We loved the short walk to the beach. You should know high and low tide times if you are planning a beach day. Space was a great size.
I thought I was going to be able to see the ocean from the room because I thought it was a second floor room. But that was because the garage is underneath the condos so that was my mistake. Space was clean and roomy and loved the full kitchen, etc.. Definitely would book again from Frannie & Luke. The only thing that I can think of was if we had an extra couple of bath towels, but worked out. And I thought there were beach towels, but I didn't find them. That was prob my misunderstanding. I had brought my own as my beach bag was packed so it all worked out. 😊 Thanks again!
Great place. Nicely accommodated and just steps to Wells beach. Franny is a great host. She reached out repeatedly to ensure things were going well. We had a car issue and needed to extend our stay. Franny answered our call and made it very easy. Great place. Great host. We had a wonderful time.
