We loved this beautifully updated historic home. Communicating with Fran and Luke was super easy. The house was comfortable and the yard was a fabulous place to relax. Kittery Point is an absolutely stunning place to visit.
We had a fabulous stay at Grand Welcome York. It was clean, welcoming, and beautifully renovated house with proactive hosts which made this stay even more memorable. It was quiet at night, which was important for as with a 2 year old. The location is a short drive to beaches, shopping, hiking areas, as well as nice restaurants and Portsmouth. Thank you Grand Welcome York team for making this trip memorable. We'll be back :)
Very beautiful, updated unit, that he’d 6 adults comfortably. Very walkable location for ocean and river views. Fort McClary, a 275 year old fort, was in easy walking distance and had great ocean and lighthouse views. Easy access, and well maintained and equipped. Great place to stay!
