Kitchen is quite small but they provided a decent selection of kitchen tools and we made it work. Second night we used the grill which was a more comfortable time for hanging and cooking. Definitely recommend that anyone planning to cook should consider planning to grill. 
Plenty of beach accessories provided to make beach time lovely. 
House is close to the road and shares driveway with two other nearby houses. It was not a big deal but it was less private than I prefer.
Wifi was spotty, we had to reset the router several times and phone signal (verizon) was weak. 
Hosts were i credibly responsive and proactive in their comms.
Overall, no complaints. The place was priced comparable to similar quality seeming hotel rooms nearby." (10/5)
